This course will be most beneficial to investors who already own at least one rental property. 

 How long is this Bootcamp?
This is a concise two week Bootcamp. The content is broken down into digestible video lessons, allowing you to effortlessly review specific lessons. You'll also have access to two Live Q&A sessions hosted via Zoom and a private forum to get answers to your questions.

 How much does the course cost?
The course is an investment of $997. 


 What do I need to prepare for this Bootcamp?
In order to prepare and file your returns, you will typically need, if applicable: your W-2(s), 1099(s), 1099-INT, 1099-DIV, 1099-S, P/L for your properties, and other documents relevant to your tax returns.

A checklist will be provided in the Bootcamp. 

 How long do I have access to the course content?
​You will have access through October 15, 2024.

 When does the Bootcamp start?
​The Bootcamp is scheduled to start April 1, 2024.

 What if I have questions?
​As part of the Bootcamp, you'll have access to a private forum and two Live Q&A sessions where you can ask questions and get answers from Ryan, the course instructor himself.
