Why hasn't my CPA told me about REPS?
Many CPAs are generalists and don't specialize in real estate tax, which is one of the more complicated areas of the tax code and simply don't undestand REPS or how to apply it. What's more they generally are not in the business of providing their clients with advice that will actually reduce taxes.

However, because our team works exclusively with real estate investors, we have extensive experience with the real estate tax code and an intimate undertanding of how to apply stratregies like the real esatte professional status to help investors save thousands in taxes.

How much does it cost?
The REPS Tax Course is only $247

Do you offer a guarantee?
As is the nature of our profession, we cannot guarantee results. However, we do have a refund policy that we're happy to honor. If you're not satisfied and request a refund, in writing, within 72 hours of purchasing the course.

Can you use REPS in California?
CA doesn't recognize REPS at the state level. However, if you qualify you would still get the benefits at the federal level.

In other words, it can help you minimize federal taxes but not CA state taxes.
